Leah Bennett is the Founder of Tellico Talent, a healthcare leadership advisory firm focused on Epic, Clinical Informatics, and Digital Transformation leadership.

With more than 25 years of experience in Technology and Healthcare Technology recruiting, she has spent her career working closely with organizations operating in complex enterprise environments where leadership decisions directly impact clinical performance, operational stability, and patient care. Her work has been particularly focused on ServiceNow ecosystems, Epic Systems, and Clinical Informatics areas, where technology and clinical operations intersect at scale.

After a decade of leading her own recruiting practice, Leah founded Tellico Talent to focus more intentionally on supporting hospitals and health systems through critical leadership transitions and transformation initiatives. The firm was built around a simple belief: that the success of clinical systems and digital transformation efforts depends on the strength, alignment, and continuity of leadership teams.
